Abstract
Second‐order instability of z‐directed spin waves is investigated for the case of thin disks, assuming that the precession angle is very large. It is found that for large precession angles, the buildup rate of the spin‐wave population is proportional to the transverse magnetic moment and the square root of the transverse demagnetizing factor. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
