Abstract
An objective of a hypospadias repair is to provide a penis that is normal in function and appearance. Another equally important objective is to avoid psychological injury while doing so. Preliminary experience suggests that this is best achieved by performing the repair as early as possible, which can be done when the patient is about 1 yr old without technical disadvantages. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
