Abstract
Experimental arrangements are described which have enabled the following measurements to be made without siphoning liquid helium into a cryostat: capacitance and loss with a transformer bridge from 4.2 to 350K (4.2-50K accurately and also 25-350K less accurately but more rapidly); and loss only at 4.2K from 10 kHz to 10 MHz.Keywords
