Abstract
The protein avidin has been conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate and then used to trat cells and chromosome preparations. Fluorescence microscopy reveals that this protein is bound by areas of the specimen containing condensed chromatin.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
