Extended Structures in Thin Film of Superfluid 3He-A

Abstract
Two kinds of topologically nontrivial states, namely, a domain wall and an axially symmetric vortex, in a thin film of superfluid 3He-A with thickness less than the coherence length ξ(T) are investigated. Scattering of third sound by the domain wall is considered and its damping due to the motion of the domain wall is calculated.
