Abstract
An attempt to analyze the structure of lead chromate was undertaken, using the Weissenberg x‐ray goniometer technique. Positions of the lead and chromium atoms were determined. Although the intensities were carefully corrected for absorption, accurate values of the oxygen parameters could not be determined from the data at hand. Further work is indicated. There is some discussion of the migration of ions in the photoblackening effect which lead chromate exhibits. Keywords
