Abstract
Values of for deep-inelastic electron-nucleon scattering have been derived from several experiments with incident electron energies up to 20 GeV. Included are previously unpublished measurements at intermediate angles (largely at 15° and 18°). An average value of is obtained for the kinematic region covered by the experiments. No significant kinematic dependence of is observed. A table of extracted values of the structure functions and is also presented.
