Abstract
A series of 1-benzyl-4-diphenylmethylpiperazines was prepared and tested for cerebral vasodilating activity in dogs. Among the compounds with stronger potency and longer-lasting action than papaverine, the most potent analog 19 (KB-2796) was selected for further study.
