All-single-mode fiber-optic gyroscope

Abstract
We present an optical fiber gyroscope that, for the first time, is composed completely of single-mode fiber-optic components. This system has increased simplicity and stability over previous bulk-optic designs and has the potential for very high rotation sensitivity.Keywords
