Abstract
On the basis of changes in rate of growth and nitrogen retention induced by the fractionally supplemented control diets following 3 weeks of the isoleucine deficient regimen, it has been estimated that the infant requires approximately 90 mg of L-isoleucine per kilogram per day.Keywords
