Abstract
In infants and young children the evaluation of the mediastinum and central airways presents particular problems. Many of these difficulties can be resolved by high kilovoltage filtered beam radiography. The technique is described and 5 cases are presented to illustrate its value in the investigation of chest disease. More complex and invasive investigations can often be avoided when this simple technique is employed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
