Abstract
Theoretical reasons are advanced which support the observation, noted by O. W. Torreson, that the diurnal variation of the ratio N1/N closely resembles the diurnal variation of relative humidity. A formula is obtained which relates the ratio N1/N to the radius of nuclei. Keywords
