Ossifying Fibroma of the Maxillary Sinus: Report of a Case Successfully Treated with Irradiation

Abstract
This report has been written not to add to the literature another case of ossifying fibroma but to emphasize further the benign character of this neoplasm, which is still considered malignant by many. Further, it is desired to point out that irradiation may be used to good advantage, even though the growth is relatively radio-resistant.
