Abstract
Whole-body sagittal sections of mice administered [73As]H3AsO4 i.v. were processed for autoradiography and histochemistry for glucose-6-phosphatase or alkaline phosphatase. The intense localization of 73As in bone, kidney cortex, intestinal mucosa and hair follicles corresponded exactly with the histochemical activity of glucose-6-phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase in sections containing no As. The activity of glucose-6-phosphatase was inhibited in all of these sites in sections containing As.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
