Abstract
A family had 3 consecutive pregnancies; each fetus had lethal polycystic renal disease. The 2nd and 3rd fetuses were examined with serial ultrasonograms. In both cases the fetal abdomen was filled with echogenic masses but cysts were not seen. Since fetal abnormality is looked for as part of the routine prenatal examination, it is important to recognize the ultrasonographic findings of this disorder. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
