Abstract
Male mice were injected intraperitoneally or intravenously with Sr90 at 75 days of age. A quantitative effect on the testicular epithelium was obvious from 5 to 30-35 days after injection. Type-B spermatogonia were only retarded while the type-A spermatogonia were severely affected. Qualitative changes in the first meiotic division was noticed, and abnormal distribution of chromosomes at anaphase appeared during the recovery period. Keywords
