Abstract
Basic differences in the shock heating and channel heating methods of evaluating the yield of NO produced in air by lightning are investigated. It is estimated that the NO yields evaluated by the two models could be an order of magnitude different, with the channel heating model being higher. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
