Abstract
The performance of an electrochemical device for the concentration of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere of a spacecraft cabin is analyzed. The removal rates as well as the concentration distributions of the different species are calculated for any set of operating conditions by a model which embodies the fundamental electrolyte properties and design parameters. Keywords
