Optical detection of the donor resonance in ZnSe

Abstract
Optically detected magnetic resonance of donors has been observed by monitoring the edge emission in ZnSe. The results are explained using a distant donor-acceptor pair model and the shallow donor g-value is ge=1.115+or-0.010.Keywords
