Abstract
Synopsis: Evidence is presented for a thrust fault at Welshman's Rock, eastern Rhum. The thrust is considered to be the southern continuation of the western edge of the broad zone of Lower Palaeozoic thrusting seen on Skye. Possible implications for the distribution of rocks within the Rhum Tertiary Main Ring Fault are discussed. Keywords
