Abstract
Presowing soaking of wheat seeds in CuSO4 and MnSO4 solutions increased the grain yield with increasing concentrations of these solutions. Seed soaking in 0.1% CuSO4 or 0.2% MnSO4 solution for 12 hrs gave the highest grain yield. The Cu and Mn content of the grain increased with increasing concentrations of these solutions. Whereas N and P contents were not significantly affected, but K content increased significantly due to the Cu treatment. Keywords
