Abstract
Stable pre-tumorigenic, benign tumor and squamous cell carcinoma stages have been isolated after treatment of a cloned mouse keratinocyte line with 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene. Intraperitoneal injection and skin grafting of athymic nude mice were suitable for growth of these well-differentiated tumor cells, whereas subcutaneous injection was not.This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
