Incorporation de thymidine tritiée par les mycoplasmes parasites du phloème d'une giroflée. Etude autoradiographique à haute résolution

Abstract
Normal and phyllodial inflorescences of a cultivated wallflower (Cheiranthus (Erysimum) allionii) have been placed in a nutrient solution containing tritiated thymidine, during 24 to 48 h in a controlled temperature chamber. A high resolution autoradiographic study of the phloem in these inflorescences reveals a characteristic labeling of the mycoplasmas abundantly present in the sieve elements of the diseased branches.[Journal translation]
