Abstract
A study of the dermal loss of iron was made on thermal sweat obtained from 25 normal individuals. 118 detns. were carried out using an ortho-phenanthrolin method modified for these purposes. Sweat devoid of desquammated epithelial cells was virtually free of iron, but sweat containing epithelial cells was high in iron content (as high as 19.5 [mu]g./cc.).Keywords
