Abstract
The genus Nemobius is one of the largest of the family Gryllidæ and has world-wide distribution. The most Comprehensive work on the American species of the genus is a revision by Hebard (1) which cleared up the synonymy and made it possible to identify the species with greater assurance. His classification based largely on the characters of the ovipositor, for few reliable male characters were known at that time.
