Abstract
The reaction has been studied at a bombarding energy of 18 MeV using a multiangle spectrograph and a windowless gas cell. Levels in have been observed up to 8.3 MeV excitation with an energy resolution of 35 keV. Many new levels are reported. Angular distributions for the strong states have been compared with distorted-wave predictions. Spectroscopic factors have been extracted and are compared with the results of recent shell-model calculations. The agreement is good.
