Abstract
Operational experience in the Dosemeter Calibration Facility at the Berkeley Nuclear Laboratories of the Central Electricity Generating Board show's that the main equipment, a 400 keV positive ion accelerator and a 250 kV X-ray set, has proved adequate for the accurate calibration of health physics dosemeters. The sealed sources employed on the facility are satisfactory for routine calibration purposes but could be more closely correlated to the national standards used for brehmsstrahlung beams. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
