Abstract
For detection and diagnosis of pheochromocytoma the method of urine analysis is considered the most convenient, safe, and accurate. Analysis of blood samples obtained by catheterization at different levels in the vena cava aids in localization. Some features of the clinical symptomatology and the pharmacologic and operative treatment of patients with chromaffin-cell tumors are given. Keywords
