Abstract
An ESR study of centers in single crystals of MgO enriched in is reported. The hyperfine tensor components are found to be G and G. From these results and those for and , two parameters of the ion in MgO are determined: The hyperfine interaction parameter is found to be 22.8 G and the average of over the orbital is .
