Abstract
Phytohaemagglutinin induces interferon-gamma synthesis in lymphocyte cultures from healthy individuals. We report two sibs with recurrent infections, selective IgA deficiency, and reduced blast transformation index under PHA-stimulation, without interferon-gamma response.Keywords
