Abstract
A method of software implementation is described whereby the logic of the software is described as a series of machine-independent macro calls. When it is desired to implement the software on a given machine these macro calls are mapped into the assembly language of that machine. The advantages and limitations of these techniques are discussed and some practical results are presented. Keywords
