Abstract
This review discusses some points in connection with transosylation, the mechanism of action of transosylation and the biosynthesis of poly-saccharides. The following topics are included: phosphotransosylases; true transosylases; transosylases-glycosidases; nueleotidesrtrans-osylases; general properties of transoslyation enzymes; and miscel-laneous-[alpha]-amylase,[beta]-amylase, other glycosidases, hyaluronidases, [beta]-glucosaminidase, [beta]-glucuronidase and neuraminidase.
