Abstract

252Cf was used to treat tumors of the cervix, vagina, and uterus. Dosimetric analysis and assessment of n/.gamma. [neutron/gamma-ray dose] ratios achievable under clinical conditions indicate that this radionuclide may be useful in gynecologic brachytherapy.
