Abstract
In N. Cornwall and mid-Devon major southerly facing recumbent F1 folds cause repetition of upper Devonian and lower Carboniferous stratigraphical sequences along the southern margin of the Culm synclinorium. At Tintagel on the N. coast, and near Lydford, close toDartmoor, there is evidence that large F1 folds, modified by later low-angle faults, control the outcrop pattern. Recognition of these folds demonstrates a continuity in structural style throughout N. Cornwall and mid-DevonThis publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
