Abstract
A 2.5 cm φ×6 cm spin detector which users spin-dependent absorption has been successfully applied to a spin-polarized scanning electron microscope for magnetic domain observation. It typically takes 20 minutes to form a 200×300 pixel image and 5 seconds to form a rough image. Keywords
