Olanzapine in the treatment of dopaminomimetic psychosis in patients with Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Some patients were started on the drug by other physicians. Some discontinued the drug before an office visit, so before and after evaluations were not always available. As a result, patients were not evaluated in a uniform manner. Information was obtained by telephone if the patient was not seen in the office for follow-up. No attempt was made to keep anti-PD medications unchanged. Any patient who remained on olanzapine was considered a treatment success.
