Abstract
Endobronchial metastasis from nonpulmonary carcinoma is rare. A case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma is presented and the literature reviewed. Severe haemoptysis was the initial symptom leading to the finding of a bronchial polypoid mass.Keywords
