Abstract
In obese patients, a localized deposit of normal fat may simulate a mediastinal tumor on chest radiography. It is important to consider this possibility in the differential diagnosis to avoid needless surgery and facilitate continued observation when appropriate. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
