Abstract
Summary: Pollen diagrams from a deposit of silts and clays at Nechells, Birmingham, are presented. The vegetational history of the deposit and the extent to which the pollen analytical results can be used to determine the age of the deposit and the climatic conditions under which it was laid down are discussed. Keywords
