Abstract
A simple and highly reproducible liquid chromatographic procedure was developed to fractionate peptides by using a prepacked reversed-phase column (RP-8) at low pressure. Peptides were eluted in 0.1% conc. HCI by using a gradient of ethanol in order of increasing hydrophobicity. Keywords
