Abstract
Evidence is preSchted which indicates that neither pathological appearances or the Kveim test can prove the preSchce of this disease of unknown etiology. The Kveim reaction is an interesting immunologic phenomenon but is not valid for the differentiation of sarcoidosis and tuberculosis, and hence should not in its present form be employed in clinical practice.
