Chagas' Disease Masquerading as Coronary Artery Disease

Abstract
• A case of Chagas' disease manifested with signs, symptoms, and noninvasive clinical features typical of coronary artery disease. This case illustrates the importance of reaching diagnostic conclusions with certainty, especially where two diseases with features in common may overlap. (Arch Intern Med 1983;143:144-145)
