Abstract
In one year 21 new cases of Clostridium difficile infection occurred on a paediatric oncology unit. Eleven cases were in a two month period. This infection should be regarded as a communicable disease. Investigations to detect C difficile should be carried out in children with malignant disease who have diarrhoea. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
