On the unification of the gravitational and electronuclear forces

Abstract
Theories are constructed in which the action is invariant under local transformations of the spin and species indices of the fields and under general coordinate transformations of the spacetime coordinates. Such theories eventually might be used to unify gravity with the strong and electroweak forces. Some examples are given.Keywords
