Abstract
Summary 1. Both commercial and purified parathyroid hormone increase the uptake of S35 and glucose-C14 into rachitic rat cartilage mucopolysaccharide in vitro. 2. The dose range employed is probably physiological and ranges from 3 to 10 microunits/cc of incubating media.Keywords
