Abstract
The article stated that there would be no hazard to a child who swallowed 200 tablets containing 1 mg fluoride. Although no fatalities have been reported this dose may well cause at least transient illness. In any case pharmacists are likely to dispense the tablets in a child-resistant container. Keywords
