New records of water mites from Morocco, with the description of one new subspecies (Acari, Hydrachnellae)

Abstract
18 New species of water mites are reported new for the Moroccan fauna, of which 6 species are new for North Africa. Further, one new subspecies is described, i.e. Limnesia lucifera septentrionalis. Lebertia africana Walter is considered a junior synonym of L. fimbriata Thor. The male of Atractides anellatus Lundblad is described for the first time. In addition, taxonomic notes are made on a number of other species.
