Abstract
The ``minimum-B'' magnetic field geometry provided by the combination of a transverse quadrupole-cusp field with a uniform axial field suppresses certain of the low-frequency oscillations spontaneously present in the cesium plasma of the ``Topsy'' Q-device with a uniform magnetic field.Keywords
