Abstract
Patients should undergo surgery on the 6th or 7th day following the onset of SAH [subarochnoid hemorrhage], i.e., between the edema period and the rebleeding period. Computed tomography is a valuable diagnostic method before surgery. Of 316 cases admitted over a period of 5 yr, 218 were operated on with an overall mortality of 18.3.permill.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
