Abstract
JC human papovavirus was found to replicate in primary human amnion cells. The virus has undergone eight passages in amnion cells and was identified by serological methods as JC virus. By restriction endonuclease analysis of the viral DNA, the fragments observed were identical to those previously reported for the prototype strain. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
